Better Back System Exercise Video #1 - The Pull Down

Remember to watch your posture while you are doing the exercise. Sit on the edge of your chair, back straight, knees together, eyes level looking straight ahead with your lower back slightly curved.

If you want to get started straight away, you can do this exercise wth a rolled up towel (its a bit harder than with an exercise band because there's no give in the towel). Make sure you hands grip the towel tightly slightly more than shoulder width apart.
