3. Watch the Better Back Videos.
Go here to watch the Better Back Videos
There are some new exercises shown there that are not described in the book yet.
The videos show you somebody doing the exercises, so you know how to do them correctly.
4. IMPORTANT! >> Start doing the exercises. <<IMPORTANT!
You can start by doing the exercises in videos 1-4 once a day. You should be able to do them in 7-10 minutes per day.
If you don't exercise much at the moment, my suggestion is to also start going for regular walks. If you can manage 15 to 30 minutes per day to start with that's great. More is better. Walking will help you in many ways, not just with your back.
5. Optional - Download The WellnessIQ Book
Note: The book is a pdf file approx 350KB in size, so you
can either view it in your browser and save a copy from there to the disk on

Please Remember, Taking Action Is Key - No Action = No Results
The exercises in the new program give you a better than 97% chance of stopping your sciatica and back pain if you use them.
So please, make sure you do something, don't just let your back get worse. I know personally how painful sciatica and back pain can be and sometimes you just don't feel like doing anything.
A Few Key Points:
1. We believe "whatever works" for you is just the right thing for you.
That's why you should try something different to what you are doing now - so you have a chance to find the thing that works for you.
And, if you find something, anything that helps you - here or anywhere else - whatever it is and wherever it's from - USE IT.
2. Finding a short term back fix vs. building long term health
You may well find that one of the exercises we suggest is just what you need to help your back right now. If so that's great - congratulations. :-)
We also strongly recommend that you take a broader look at your overall health and work out how you can improve it. Very often your back is an early warning system for issues that are building up, or have already built up elsewhere in your body.
For this reason (and in case you're wondering), some of the things we recommend are fairly general in nature,
because they're aimed at improving your overall health. Do that and your back
should improve too.
Core Activities
We encourage you to learn more about how to stay healthy, because its a lot easier to stay healthy than to fix something in your body once its "broken".
You probably already know the basics - exercise regularly, eat well (meaning fresh, simple not processed foods.)
As far your back in particular goes, the focus of the Better Back System and exercises to to help loosen and strengthen the core stability muscles that support your back in its movements.
Whatever treatment you are already getting, or might get, your back is going to function better if these muscles are in good condition and able to do their job properly.
There are other simple things you can do that will make a big difference, for example:
- Go for a regular 20-30 minute walk.
- Make sure you get up and stretch regularly if you sit at a desk or behind a wheel driving all day.
Pain and Discomfort
The starting exercises are generally gentle, but may cause you discomfort
initially as they will exercise areas of your back that are probably usually not impacted by exercise.
If you do experience discomfort do your best to put up with it and slowly and gently continue the exercises. Take it easy at first, don't rush.
Keep Learning
The Better Back System is also intended to help you learn a lot more about your back, your treatment options, what you might encounter in the medical system and how you can get the best from it.
The idea is to build your knowledge and confidence so you can take informed action and avoid expensive and possibly needless treatments.
